Kalsubai Peak Trek with a height of 1646 meters or 5400 Feet is famous as the highest peak in Maharashtra. Kalsubai Mountain lies in the Sahyadri mountain range falling under Kalsubai Harishchandragad Wildlife Sanctuary. Kalsubai Height being the highest peak, commands a beautiful view. Since Bhandardara Dam and Kalsubai Peak are extremely famous, enough effort has been made to make this trek easy. There are steel railings, chains, and ladders at places where it is difficult to climb.

Kalsubai Trek Event Itinerary

• Day Zero – Saturday (04th Dec 2021)
• 09:00 pm: Start from Deccan Gymkhana
• Day One – Sunday (05th Dec 2021)
• 02:00 Reach Bari village and take a rest for a while.
• 03:00 Commencement of the trek after briefing and a short introduction.
• 06:00 Reach Kalsubai top, explore the summit, and enjoy the sunrise from the top.
• Have a Breakfast.
• 09:00 Start descending towards base village
• 12:00 Reach base village and Lunch.
• 13:30 Travel from Bari Village to Pune.
• 20:30 Reach Pune.

Dinner can be planned at run-time depending on departure time and the majority. If that participant needs to pay for the Dinner.

Special instructions for this trek event:

•  No crackers within nature.
•  Plan may cancel at any time in case of high alert/unwanted weather/group size is below 8.
•  Age limit 8 to 60 years.
•  Age relaxation will be decided by organizers.
•  Organizers are not responsible for participants' vehicle parking anywhere.
•  Speaker, Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the event.
•  Plan may change as per weather condition.
•  Full plan details will be shared with nominated participants only.
•  Discounts available for students & group.
•  Snacks can be Poha, upma any other item's depending on the situation.
•  Lunch/Dinner may be packed or limited Thali(Bhaji/Chapati/Pithala/Rice/Dal/Batata/Khichadi/Pulav) as per availability   and situation if it's in inclusion.
•  All the food items are limited and you need to pay for extra orders.
•  Please do not expect hotel kind of food service in trekking events.
•  Remember we are not organizing picnic.
•  Group size may vary from 10 to 30.
•  Private transport means(jeep, tamtam, car, LUV, SUV, Mini Bus, Bus).
•  Door to door pickup and drop is an extra facility by organizers and we are responsible for first pickup and last drop only   (eg. Pune to Pune)
•  In any case Organizer's decision will be final.
